Returns & Refunds
Custom or made-to-order pieces, altered or resized items, and products damaged by negligence or misuse are non-returnable.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be shipped back within the following 5 business days.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once inspected and accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable. International duties and taxes are not reimbursed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
We do not process direct exchanges. Customers must follow the return process and place a new order if they wish to change an item.
Shipping
Available worldwide. International shipping is quoted separately depending on destination, courier, and customs requirements. Delivery times may vary based on country regulations. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, additional time may be required.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, payment details) strictly to fulfill orders. - All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted platforms. SunsetSeeker does not store sensitive financial information.
Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required for payment processing, shipping, or legal compliance.
